By submission of this application each member agrees to carry (at least) the minimum insurance coverage required by the State of California and to obey the laws of the State of California during the participation in all club events.  All members shall hold the Capital PT Cruisers, Capital PT Cruisers Web Site, Sponsors, Club Officers, Chair Members and the rest of its members blameless for any and all damage to ones person and/or property during a Capital PT Cruiser event.  Common sense and/or manufacturers recommendations should be considered when making any modifications to your car.  All members shall agree to allow Capital PT Cruisers to use images of them and their PT Cruiser for publicity and advertising purposes before, during and after any event without prior permission.  All members shall abide by the rules and policies of the Capital PT Cruisers Club.  Violation of these rules and policies can result in the expulsion from the Club without a refund of Club dues.  Club dues for new members are prorated based on the month in which they join, (See Membership Coordinator for Club Fee Amounts) renewing members must pay for the entire year.
